Age Concern Stevenage Services
Age Concern Stevenage took over the Stevenage Shopmobility service in 2015.
We have a fleet of scooters and 2 wheelchairs available for hire at £5 per day.
You do not have to be able to drive to use our scooters, they are extremely easy to use but training and support is given.
We feel strongly that our elderly community should be able to shop comfortably and not struggle.
A mobility scooter does not mean your legs will no longer work, it means they enable you to shop with ease, visit a friend, lunch club or local park which otherwise would be difficult.
